Planet Drupal aggregates blog posts from the Drupal community. It is often a great source of information. There is a Planet Drupal RSS feed for those still using RSS readers.

Keeping this information around because there are still Drupal 6 sites out there under alternative support. With Drupal 6 purged from the official Drupal website it can be hard finding information.
Also note, some of this information is no longer best practice. I haven’t had a chance to review the pages.
